Software Version- 1.7 - 2/10/10
The long awaited day has finally arrived! Anagram Financial has finished and released Software Version 1.7. This version is currently being updated on all current private label owners for free and will be done by the end of the week. Anagram will post a new article notifying everyone when the update has been completed.
Version 1.7 is explained in depth in the 15 min video below. An overview of some of the most important updates and features are as follows:
1- Reconcile at anytime - The software will now allow clients to reconcile their plan at anytime. This keeps their plan updated to the second. Clients can immediately reconcile any time a change is made in their financial information or map actions.
2- Adding extra income when using a LOC - The software will now allow clients using a LOC to add extra income into the software when get they get paid an unexpected income. The software will use what income it can and deposit into the LOC. The amount that is leftover can be used for debts or the mortgage.
3- Email notification - A client will now be notified by email if they have not logged into their software for 15 days.
4- Avg discretionary income - The software will now display the client's discretionary income at the bottom left hand corner of the edit financial page. This lets you know exactly how much money the client has left over each month before you try to calculate his/her plan.
5- New videos on marketing site - We have added links to 2 new videos talking about mortgage acceleration. One is by Suze Orman and one by Dave Ramsey.
6- Expense intervals - When using a checking account you can now add expenses with intervals larger than monthly.
7- Support tab link - Clients now have a support tab when they log in that will link to your support site.
8- What if calculator - The "what if" calculator has been enhanced with options like choosing an end date and adding an extra debt.
9- Canadian mortgages - The software now amortizes Canadian mortgages differently than US mortgages.
