We dug up an old article that was published in 2007. It is a very interesting and informative article that talks about mortgage acceleration and some of the different options out there for everyone.
Up until the last few years, its seems like a 15yr mortgage, a bi-weekly program, or just paying "plain old extra money" to your mortgage was the only way to accelerate your mortgage.
The big thing now is mortage acceleration software. This software has come a long way and is more useful now than ever.
