Mortage Acceleration Marketing Ideas - 12/4/09


Mortgage acceleration can be marketed a lot of different ways. Anagram's mortgage acceleration software is currently being sold by:

Mortgage companies, mortgage brokers, accountants, financial planners, health and wellness companies, mlm companies, real estate agents, real estate companies, construction companies, pool installers, people just entering the mortgage acceleration industry.

After a couple of years of marketing and selling this software, Anagram has found that the number one way to make a sale and be successful in this market is: Couple the mortage acceleration software with another product or service.


It has been found that as a stand alone product mortage acceleration can be a hard close. Some ideas of what to couple with this product are:

1- Financial Coaching- Make your software valuable by offering your clients more services and peace of mind by giving them some type of coaching and support to help them.

2- Discount on Fees- If you are a real estate agent, mortgage broker, or just selling pools, give a discount on your core product so that you can upsell the mortgage acceleration software. This gives the client motivation to pay you for your product. They will end up paying you more overall for both prodcuts but if you couple them together, the package ends up to be more valuable.

3- Partnerships- Partner with a credit repair company, credit score company, identity theft service, or anything else of this nature to create a package of services and products. This is the same concept as above but instead of creating a package from a product you already offer, try partnering up with another company.
